MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard) is made by dry pressing of small wood chips at high pressure and temperature. The result is a dense, strong material without knots or rings. Due to the fine-fiber structure, it is easy to handle, milled, which allows its use in finishing and other types of work.
NORDECO MDF boards are divided into two quality grades: without defects and with minor imperfections. Density classifies boards into three classes: L (Lite), M (Medium) and H (Hard). The material is moisture resistant and can be used in rooms with high humidity. Environmental friendliness is confirmed by the E1 certificate - an internationally recognized standard.
MDF boards are used in the manufacture of furniture, doors and door molding, as well as in interior decoration and construction.
The production volume of MDF is 100,000 m³ per year.
